PLANAX Perfect Binder F3
The PLANAX Perfect Binder F3 is a small, compact cold glue binder.
Cold glue (dispersion) is used to provide perfect binding of high-quality
books and brochures in editions of 170 units/hour. The unpopular technical
properties of digital print products, such as the wrong paper fibre machine
direction, excessive heating through different drying processes with moisture
withdrawal causing corrugated paper, the use of difficult special colours,
toners and silicones are handled smoothly by the Perfect Binder F3. The
most difficult papers can be processed without any problems. A short set-up
time, easiest operation and the application of the PLANAX Rapid 2 KD dispersion
glue which has been developed by PLANATOL especially for this purpose also
guarantee the successful use of this machine. The Perfect Binder F3 is ideally
suited for all applications in the medium production area where e.g. edge
moistening, flat book opening, age and temperature resistance, etc., are
essential quality parameters.
